If you want to use Klarna Pay Later in your Lightspeed webshop, you must activate the payment method in both your Mollie Dashboard and in Lightspeed. After orders have been made, it is necessary to mark each order separately as shipped. This is necessary to be eligible for the seller protection that Klarna offers.
How do I activate Klarna Pay Later in Lightspeed?
- In your Mollie Dashboard, go to Settings > Website profiles > Payment methods.
- Activate Klarna Pay Later and tap Save.
- Login in Lightspeed.
- Tap Settings.
- Go to Payment providers.
- Depending on your choice, tap Lightspeed Payments or Mollie V2.
- Activate Klarna Pay Later and tap Save.
How do I process a Klarna Pay Later order?
To be eligible for the seller protection that Klarna offers, it is important to mark each order separately as shipped. For this you can use the Lightspeed Shipments app.
