Who can offer Klarna through Mollie?
Klarna is available if you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland. If your business is located outside these regions (e.g. the USA), Klarna cannot be offered through Mollie.
Supported Consumer Markets
The table below shows which consumer country codes and currencies are accepted when creating a Klarna order. The consumer country must match the currency.

Important: Both the consumerCountry and currency fields in your order must match. For example, a Swiss consumer requires consumerCountry: CH and currency: CHF. Mismatches will cause Klarna to be unavailable at checkout.
Enabling New Markets for Existing Merchants
Mollie has expanded the range of supported Klarna consumer markets over time. If you activate Klarna today, you automatically have access to all markets in the table above.
If you were already live with Klarna before a market's release date, you need to contact Mollie to have that market enabled on their account. This applies to the following markets:

If all Klarna payments are for a certain market contact Mollie Support to verify if your account is activated for that market.
Additional Notes
Klarna Financing (UK only): Klarna Financing (spreading payments over up to 24 months) is not available to all merchants and must be enabled separately. UK merchants must hold a UK Credit Broker License to offer this product.
Klarna Merchant Portal: Once Klarna is approved on your account, you will receive a separate email from Klarna within 7 days to set up your Merchant Portal, where you can manage disputes. Check your spam folder if you don't receive it.
