You can change your email address under the Security settings in your Mollie Dashboard.
What you need to know in advance
- You need to activate multi-factor authentication (MFA) before you can change your login details.
- When you change your email address, you will be logged out of all active sessions. You then need to use your new login credentials to log in again.
Changing your email address
- Log in to your Mollie Dashboard.
- Click on the user icon in the top left corner.
- Go to Settings > Security.
- Under Login credentials > Email address, click on the Change email icon.
- Enter your new email address.
- Complete the MFA security check.
- Verify your new email address.

Confirm that you want to change your email and log out of all active sessions.
- You will automatically be logged out of all active sessions and will have to log in again.
