How do I change my email address?

You can change your email address in your Mollie Dashboard. You need to activate multi-factor authentication (MFA) to change your login details.

  1. Log in to your Mollie Dashboard.
  2. Click on the user icon in the top left corner.
  3. Go to Settings > Personal Information.
  4. Then navigate to Login credentials > Email. Click on Change.
  5. Enter your new email address. Click on Change email.
  6. Complete the MFA security check linked to the initial email.
  7. Insert the 6-digit code sent to the new email address.
  8. Click on Change Email and Log out (note that when completing this step all your active sessions will be automatically logged out).

After saving the changes in your account, you’ll receive a confirmation via email. You can now log in with your new email address and with the multi-factor authentication associated with the initial email address. All messages will be redirected to your new email address.
