SCIM provisioning lets you automatically provision and deprovision users in your Mollie organisation from your identity provider. When you add or remove a user in your IdP, that change is reflected in Mollie.
Setting up SCIM involves configuring both Mollie and your identity provider. You'll switch between them during the process, so keep both open.
What you need to know in advance
- You'll need the Super Admin role in Mollie and admin access to your identity provider.
- SCIM is not currently available for accounts with a Mollie Business Account.
- SSO must be configured and active — see How do I set up Single Sign-On (SSO)?
- Role mapping isn't currently supported. You can manage roles manually on the Teams page after provisioning.
Setting up SCIM provisioning
- In your Mollie Dashboard, click your profile picture in the top left, then go to Settings > Access management.
- Under SCIM provisioning, click Configure.
- Copy the SCIM base URL and Bearer token shown in Mollie.
- To regenerate your bearer token at any time, click Regenerate under SCIM provisioning. You can only regenerate once every 10 minutes — update the token in your identity provider straight away, as the old token stops working immediately.
- In your identity provider, enable SCIM provisioning and paste the base URL and bearer token into the relevant fields.
- Click Activate SCIM.
SCIM provisioning is now active. Your identity provider will automatically sync users to your Mollie organisation.
