When you have received all of your transactions, but have not yet received a payout, there are 2 possible causes:
- It is possible that the account is still set to twice-weekly payouts. You can change this in your account via settings.
- The account is not yet completely in working order. There are still documents missing, or not everything has been approved yet. Check this in your account or contact us for clarification.
