We review your business information when you create a new account and during the periodic verification process. During these reviews, we may request an organisational chart (also known as an organogram) to better understand the ownership structure of your business, including all individuals with legal or equitable interest.
Please note: The organisational chart should not represent your company's employee structure. It should focus solely on depicting the ownership structure, specifically identifying the individuals or entities that own shares in your business.
Your organisational chart must include the following details:
- All individuals and companies involved in the ownership structure
- Full legal name of each stakeholder (individual or company)
- Percentage of ownership held by each UBO*
- Business registration number
- Country of operation for each entity
- Signature, full name, and date of signing from a legal representative
Additional requirements:
- The document must be dated within the past 6 months
- For any UBO holding more than 25% ownership, you must provide their personal information (refer to Stakeholder 2 in the example chart below)
*Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) is a stakeholder that owns more than 25% of the shares within the company.
