What is the Klarna shipping window and how do I extend it?

Klarna has a specific shipping window for merchants who use their products. When a customer makes an order using Klarna Pay Later and Slice It, Klarna conducts a credit check on the customer before authorizing the order. You will see the status Authorized in the Mollie Dashboard when the order is approved by Klarna. 

 

From this point, you have a shipping period of 28 days to ship the order. You must remember to mark it as shipped in the Mollie Dashboard. After the shipping period, any unmarked or unshipped orders will expire and you will not receive payment from Klarna.
