Can I add another company to my account?

Yes, you can add multiple companies to your Mollie account. This process is different depending on how you registered your business:

  • To add a company with a different business registration number, follow the instructions below.
  • If you’re adding a different website that is connected to the same business registration number as an organisation on your account, you can add new website profiles instead of creating a new organisation.

In your Mollie Dashboard, a company is called an organisation and it has its own organisation Mollie ID.

Adding a new organisation

 

  1. Log in to your Mollie Dashboard.
  2. Click on your organisation name in the top left corner. A menu will appear.
  3. Click Create new organisation.
  4. Click Confirm
  5. Click Complete account and fill in the required information. 

After you submit this information, we’ll review your organisation details. This process can take up to 10 days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your account is reviewed. 

 

Switching between different organisations

 

By adding all your companies to the same Mollie account, you only need to log in once to access the Dashboard for each organisation.

  1. Log in to your Mollie Dashboard.
  2. Click on your organisation name in the top left corner. A menu will appear listing the organisations linked to your account.
  3. Select an organisation.

 

Removing an organisation

 

For security reasons, it’s not possible to delete an organisation from your Mollie Dashboard. To remove an organisation from your account, the legal representative of that organisation needs to contact our Support team. We’ll ask the legal representative to provide a copy of their ID and a signature for verification.

Note that if you choose to close your Mollie account, you will delete all organisations linked to your account.
