In France, Qonto offers this service for the following legal forms:
- Eligible for company creation and/or capital deposit:

- SC / SCI (if the share capital does not exceed €10,000)
- Eligible for capital deposit only:
- SELAS / SELARL

How do I create my business with Qonto?
You first start your journey by creating an account with Mollie. You will create & activate your account with your name, email address & password. Once this is done, you will be asked to provide information about your business such as your Chamber of Commerce number. The option “want to register my company” will appear & a form will open for you to fill in your details. Once submitted, our partner Qonto will take it from there & reach out to you on the next steps.
The process is very simple:
- Open your business account in 10 minutes. Fill in the details of your company and your partners. Upload your articles of association and proof of address.
- Deposit your share capital online. Each partner makes a simple transfer. Receive your deposit certificate by email within 12 business hours, then by post if necessary.
- Register your company. Finalize your registration with the RNE and submit the supporting documents to release your capital and access your account.

How do I set up my business with Mollie?
Once your business has been setup via Qonto, you will be able to complete the remaining steps to configure your Mollie Account which includes:
- Enter your organization’s details;
- Stakeholder information;
- Website details;
- ID verification and;
- Bank account setup.
