Your partner ID is the number of your account, in other words, your merchant number. We also call it your Mollie ID.
When you log in to your Mollie account, you can find it at the top left of the page, next to your company name. The partner ID always starts with ‘#’ and is followed by a couple of numbers.
When contacting us, it is convenient to have your partner ID at hand or add it to your email. Our support team can then help you faster with answering your question.
