If you cancel your Mollie account, all your data will be permanently deleted, including data specific to your organization. Would you still like to delete your account? Then first export all the data you still need or would like to retain, like your balance report.
Deleting your Mollie account
You can delete your account in your dashboard:
- Go to your Mollie Dashboard and log in.
- Click on the name of your organization in the top left.
- Click on Account settings.
- Click Terminate account.
- Enter a cancellation reason.
- Enter your password.
- Click Terminate.
You will receive an email from us within 3 working days confirming your cancellation. Any remaining credit balance will be automatically transferred to you.
