How do I verify my bank account for an additional payout currency?

To set up an additional balance and receive payouts in other currencies on your Mollie account, we will need to check your bank account details. Once we do this, we will link your account to your preferred payout currency. There are different steps for verifying your bank account depending on what payout currency you choose.

We offer payouts in the following currencies:

  • Euro (EUR) - Available as primary currency
  • British pound (GBP) - Available as primary currency
  • Australian dollars (AUD)
  • Canadian dollars (CAD)
  • Czech koruna (CZK)
  • Danish krone (DKK)
  • Hungarian florint (HUF)
  • Norwegian krone (NOK)
  • Polish zloty (PLN)
  • Swedish krona (SEK)
  • Swiss franc (CHF)
  • US dollars (USD)

Verifying bank account for payouts in EUR or GBP

If you’re adding a bank account with EUR or GBP as the primary currency, you can verify your bank account details as usual in the Mollie Dashboard. You can make a bank transfer or choose another payment method to make the bank verification payment.

 

Verifying bank account for payouts in all other currencies

Please contact your Customer Success Manager to verify your bank account. You need to provide a recent bank statement (no older than 1 month). The bank statement must state the following information:

  • The name of your business
  • Date the statement was issued
  • Bank name
  • Address of the bank
  • IBAN number

Your Customer Success Manager will arrange the bank account verification for you. This may take 3 to 5 business days.
