Yes, you can. If your organisation is a factual association (feitelijke vereniging) based in Belgium, you can sign up for a Mollie account, even though you do not have a business registration number. Because a factual association does not have a business registration document, you use our Factual Association form instead.
When creating your account
If you are asked to upload your business registration document while creating your account, follow these steps:
- Create your account and start the sign-up process as described in How do I create an account?.
- When you are asked for your business registration document, download the Factual Association form: Factual Association form (PDF).
- Fill in the form completely with the details of your association.
- Sign the form. Make sure it is signed by the authorised representative(s) of your association.
- Upload the signed form as your business registration document.
We contacted you during our review
If your account is already under review, we may send you an information request asking you to complete the Factual Association form. To complete it:
- Download the form in your applicable language down below.
- Fill in the form completely with the details of your association.
- Sign the form. Make sure it is signed by the authorised representative(s) of your association.
- Upload the signed form in your Mollie Dashboard, using the information request. Once we receive it, we will continue the review of your account.
