The estimated next payout shown in your Dashboard is calculated when you open the page. Between that moment and when the payout actually runs (±09:00 CET), several things can reduce the amount compared to your revenue.
What can reduce your payout amount
- Transaction fees — Mollie deducts transaction fees from paid payments before adding the funds to your available balance.
- Refunds — if a refund was processed from your balance between you checked the estimation and the payout, the refunded amount is deducted.
- Chargebacks — a chargeback deducts the disputed amount from your available balance immediately.
- Balance reserve — if you've set a balance reserve, that amount is deducted from every payout. Read What is a balance reserve and how do I set one? for details. This is incorporated in the estimated payout amount calculations.
- Rolling reserve — if a rolling reserve applies to your account, a percentage of each transaction is held in your pending balance and not included in payouts until the holding period ends.
Where to see the exact breakdown
