I used the wrong payment reference, what should I do?

If you entered the wrong reference number when trying to make a payment you don’t need to take action. We’ll refund the amount within 2 business days.
If the payment reference is wrong, we will not be able to match it to the webshop you wanted to pay. We’ll automatically refund the amount and you can then make the payment with the correct reference number.
If the money has not been refunded to your bank account after 3 business days, contact us.
