If a bank transfer is made to our account on accident, without or with an incorrect reference number (starts with RF), we cannot trace the payment. Since we therefore do not know where the payment should go, our system will automatically book the payment back to the sender.
The funds should arrive back on your balance usually 2 days after making the payment. You don't need to take action.
If you have made the payment via credit or debit card, the transfer of your refund might take up to 14 days.
