I used the wrong payment reference in the bank transfer, what now?

No worries, you will get your money refunded within two business days. Because the payment reference is wrong, we cannot match it to the webshop where you want to transfer your money to. Because of this, we will automatically refund the money and you will soon find it back on your bank account. You can do the payment again with the right payment reference, the money won’t be debited from your bank account twice.

Also when you transferred money to Mollie's bank account directly, we will automatically refund the money back to you.
