Currently it is only possible for the main account holder (the user that applied and is authorised to manage the business account) to have access to the full business account functionality (such as executing transfers or managing settings).
However, it is possible to grant view only access to other users within your Mollie account.
Note: To be granted view access for the Mollie business account pages, the user must have either an Admin or Finance role and be invited by the account owner (or super admin). Users with these roles do not automatically get view access to the business account. They need to be invited to gain access by following the steps below.
How do I invite a user to view the business account?
- Log in to your Mollie dashboard or mobile app
- Go to the Settings > Team
- Select Edit an existing user or Add a new user
- Under the Additional permissions, enable the Business accounts viewer permission
- Select Invite
- Confirm the action in your Mollie App
The user will then receive an email invite to complete the activation of the additional permissions. The invited user will need to accept the invitation and ensure that they have the Mollie App downloaded. The app is required to complete the one-time setup and also to be able to securely access the business accounts area of the dashboard/app once complete.
What functionality can view-only users access?
View only users of the business account will be able to;
- View account balances, transactions and statements
- Download reports and exports
- View cards and card activity
- View scheduled transfers and account integrations
View only users of the business account will not be able to;
- Initiate or confirm transfers or payments
- Create new cards or accounts
- Modify settings, recipients or user permissions
