How can I report a fraudulent card transaction?

If you believe you have been the victim of fraud or a scam, you should immediately stop any contact with the fraudster or scammer.

If you do not recognise a transaction and believe your card has been used without your authorisation, you can also report the transaction as fraudulent.

To prevent any further misuse, you should also immediately terminate your card.

How do I report a specific transaction as fraudulent?

  1. Log in to your Mollie dashboard or mobile app
  2. Go to the Cards page
  3. Select the Card from which the transaction was made
  4. Select the Transaction from the list of transactions
  5. Select Get help. You will see a list of options. Select Report fraudulent transaction
  6. Follow the instructions listed and then Download form
  7. Fill in the downloaded pdf form
  8. Send the completed pdf form and supporting documentation to ba-fraud@mollie.com

Once sent, your submission will be reviewed by a member of our team, and will contact you to confirm the next steps.
