The Mollie cashback rewards programme lets you earn money back on purchases made with your Mollie business debit card. Every eligible card payment automatically earns a percentage of cashback, which you can claim directly to your Mollie account balance whenever you like.
Please note that the cashback rewards programme is currently only available until 30th June 2026.
Who can join the rewards programme?
The cashback rewards programme is available to Mollie business account holders with an active debit card. Only the registered account holder can enrol in the programme.
How do I join the rewards programme?
- Log in to your Mollie dashboard or mobile app
- Go to the Cards page
- Select Cashback
- Review the programme details and terms and conditions
- Click Activate to enrol
Once enrolled, your account will start earning cashback automatically on eligible card payments. No further action is needed.
How do I earn cashback?
Cashback is earned automatically on every eligible card payment — you do not need to do anything. Once enrolled, your rewards are calculated and added to your pending balance in the background each time a transaction is confirmed.
Each transaction earns 2% of the transaction amount as cashback. You can view the cashback earned for each payment in the Cashback section of your dashboard.
Are there any limits?
Yes. There are a couple of things to be aware of:
- Per transaction: There is a minimum transaction amount required to earn cashback, and a maximum cashback amount per individual transaction.
- Monthly limit: There is a cap on the total cashback you can earn in a calendar month. This resets automatically at the start of each new month, so any remaining allowance does not carry over.
Which transactions are eligible?
Most card payments are eligible for cashback. However, transactions in certain merchant categories may not qualify. If a transaction is not eligible, it will simply not appear in your rewards overview and no cashback will be calculated for it.
What do the transaction statuses mean?
In the Rewards section of your dashboard you will see a status next to each transaction:
- Pending — your transaction is being processed. The cashback amount has been calculated based on the authorised payment, but may be adjusted once the payment is fully confirmed.
- Available — the payment has been confirmed and the cashback is ready for you to claim.
- Claimed — the cashback has been paid out to your Mollie account balance.
How do I claim my cashback?
- Log in to your Mollie dashboard or mobile app
- Go to the Cards page
- Select Cashback
- You will see your total available cashback balance
- Click Claim to transfer the amount to your Mollie account
Once claimed, the funds will appear in your Mollie account balance straight away.
Where can I see my rewards history?
You can view all of your cashback transactions and past payouts in the Cashback section of the Cards page. This includes a breakdown of the cashback earned on each individual payment, as well as a summary of every amount you have claimed.
