You can find your invoice in your Mollie Dashboard every first business day of the month. In this invoice, you will see an overview of your costs per payment method. If your customers use different payment methods, you will instantly see what you will pay per method. We will send you an email as soon as your invoice is ready. Due to privacy reasons, we are unable to send you your invoice via email.
Downloading your invoice
Every first business day of the month, we will send you an email that your new invoice is available in your Mollie account:
- Log in to your Mollie Dashboard.
- Go to Administration > Invoices.
- Click on the invoice number or the pdf of the invoice you wish to download.
- Your invoice will be downloaded automatically.
Good to know
You can change your email address for your invoice notification in your Mollie account under Settings > Organization > Financial contact.
Why am I getting an invoice when I haven’t received an outpayment yet?
We issue an invoice every month. Even if you haven’t received your first outpayment, you will always receive an invoice.
