How can I change the bank account I receive payouts on?

If you want to receive your payout on a different bank account, you can change your bank account any time in your Mollie Dashboard. In most cases, you’ll need to use a business bank account.

Adding a new bank account 

  1. Log in to your Mollie Dashboard
  2. Click on the company name in the top left corner
  3. Go to Settings > Bank account
  4. Click Add bank account
  5. Fill out all the required fields
  6. When done, methods for bank account verification are shown
    • If you choose to use bank transfer, you have to make a transfer of €0,01 to our account
  7. Click Verify bank account

We’ll verify your bank account details, and inform you by email when it’s approved. You then need to select the bank account you want to use to receive payouts.

Select a new bank account for payouts

  1. Go to Settings > Balance
  2. Under Bank account, select your preferred bank account
  3. Click Save

Removing a bank account

Important: removing your old bank account is only possible once you added a new account to receive payouts. 

Once your new bank account number has been approved and set up for payouts, go to:

  1. Settings > Bank account
  2. Click More (three dots) next to the account you want to remove > select Remove.

Now your new payouts and any funds movement will be tied to the new bank account.
