Can I add or change a website profile?

If your company operates multiple websites, you can add up to 100 website profiles to your Mollie account. All websites must belong to the same company and be registered under a single business registration number. Each website profile includes its own contact information, which will be visible to your customers.

To use multiple websites with Mollie, you’ll need to create a separate profile for each one. Each profile comes with its own unique API key and these keys can not be shared between different profiles.

 

Add a new website profile

Before you add a new website, make sure your website is online and displays all relevant information. We have to check your website before we can review it.

  1. In your Mollie Dashboard, click on your organisation name in the top left corner.
  2. Go to Organisation settings > Profiles.
  3. Click on Create profile.
  4. Enter your website URL and the category describing your business.
  5. Click Save.

Change an existing website profile

You can update the details linked to your website profile in your Mollie Dashboard:

  1. In your Mollie Dashboard, click on your organisation name in the top left corner.
  2. Go to Organisation settings > Profiles.
  3. Click on a profile and go to Contact information.
  4. Change any of the following:
    • Website URL
    • Registered trade name
    • Email address
    • Phone number
  5. Click Save.

Once we receive the updated information for your website profile, we will review it.
