Can I add or change a website profile?

If you have multiple websites for your company, you can add up to 100 website profiles to your Mollie account. These websites must be for the same company under one business registration number. Your customers will be able to see the contact information associated with your website profile.

 

Add a new website profile

Before you add a new website, make sure your website is online and displays all relevant information. We have to check your website before we can approve it.

  1. In your Mollie Dashboard, click on your organisation name in the top left corner.
  2. Go to Organisation settings > Profiles.
  3. Click on Create profile.
  4. Enter your website URL and the category describing your business.
  5. Click Save

 

Change a website profile

You can change some of the details associated with your website profile in your Mollie Dashboard. However, you cannot change the URL of the website profile. If you have a new URL for your website, you should add a new website profile with the steps above.

  1. In your Mollie Dashboard, click on your organisation name in the top left corner.
  2. Go to Organisation settings > Profiles.
  3. Click on a profile and go to Contact information.
  4. Change any of the following:
    • Registered trade name
    • Email address
    • Phone number
  5. Click Save.
