How do I activate in3?

With in3, customers can pay in 3 interest-free instalments over 60 days. They can also use iDEAL to buy now and pay later.

Currently, in3 is only available for customers residing in The Netherlands. You can still offer this payment method if your business is based elsewhere in the EU or the UK. However, only customers based in the Netherlands will be able to pay with in3 because they have to use iDEAL to complete the payment.


Activating and installing in3

You need to make a request to activate in3 on your account.

  1. In your Mollie Dashboard, click on your organisation name in the top left corner.
  2. Go to Organisation settings > Payment methods.
  3. Enable in3

We will review your account based on in3’s acceptance policy and approve the request within 5-7 business days. If we require more information, we will send you an email.

Once your request is approved, you must use our Orders API to process in3 orders through your website. You also need to install one of our supported plugins and modules or build a custom integration into your website backend.
