With Mollie, your customer has a default spending limit of €1.000,- for SEPA Bank Transfer and SEPA Direct Debit. You can raise this limit to a maximum of €5.000,-. If you’d like to change the spending limit for your customers, you can contact us to set a limit that's right for your business. We’ll ask you for the following:
- The new payment limit
- Why you want to raise the limit
- Where can we find the prices of the subscriptions?
- A copy of 2 invoices that can justify the limit increase
- What you do to protect your business against chargebacks
- Your Mollie Partner ID
