With Mollie, your customer has a default spending limit of € 1.000,- for SEPA Bank Transfer and SEPA Direct Debit. You can raise this limit to a maximum of € 5.000,-. Please send an email to support@mollie.com with the following information:
- The new payment limit
- Why you want to raise the limit
- Where can we find the prices of the subscriptions?
- A copy of two invoices that can justify the limit increase
- What you do to protect your business against chargebacks
- Your Mollie Partner ID
