Can I raise the limit for SEPA?

With Mollie, your customer has a default spending limit of € 1.000,- for SEPA Bank Transfer and SEPA Direct Debit. You can raise this limit to a maximum of € 5.000,-. Please send an email to with the following information:

  • The new payment limit
  • Why you want to raise the limit
  • Where can we find the prices of the subscriptions?
  • A copy of two invoices that can justify the limit increase
  • What you do to protect your business against chargebacks
  • Your Mollie Partner ID
