Where can I find my disputes in the Mollie dashboard?

You can reach a dispute two ways: by clicking a link in a notification, or by navigating to the Dispute Portal from your dashboard.

From a dispute notification

When a new dispute is opened, you receive a notification. The notification defaults are described in How do dispute notifications work?. Click the link in the email, inbox message, or task to open the dispute directly.

 

From the dashboard

  • In the left-hand navigation, open Sales → Disputes.
     
  • At the top of the page you see the tabs All / Refunds / Chargebacks / Disputes. Select Disputes to see the dispute list.

Working with the list

  • Status filter — narrow by status (Response requiredUnder reviewWon, or Lost).
  • Profiles filter — narrow by website profile.
  • Each row shows the dispute reason, amount, status, and response due date.
  • Select a row to open the dispute detail panel — see How do I respond to a dispute?.
