Keeping your brand identity up-to-date across all your sales channels is essential for maintaining customer trust. You can easily manage your brand in the Klarna Merchant Portal.
To do so, please follow those steps:

Log in to your account on the Klarna Merchant Portal.
- if you do not remember your credentials, please click on "Forgot password?" and follow the steps
- Go to the section "Conversion booster" at the top of the screen
- Then, click on "Brand manager" in the left vertical menu
In the Brand manager, you can change the following information:
- Brand name: this is the name of your company. It is dispayed on the Klarna payment page to shoppers. Choose a name that can be recognized easily.
- Homepage: this is the URL of your website. Make sure that it matches the URL registered on Mollie.
- Instagram / Facebook URL: you can add links to your social networks if you want
- Logo: here, you can upload your own company logo. It is dispayed on the Klarna payment page to shoppers. Choose a logo that can be recognized easily.
