You can find your balance in your Mollie Dashboard by going to Administration > Balance, or on your Home screen in the Mollie App.
Payments with Klarna, SEPA Direct Debit and credit and debits cards are usually held for a certain period of time in your Pending balance before being added to your Available balance. This is a precaution in case of chargebacks.
The average settlement delays are:
- 5 business days for credit and debit card payments.
- 5 business days for Klarna payments.
