How do I return a Tap device?

The Tap device return process is simple, but subject to specific conditions. According to the device's terms and conditions, returns must be initiated within 14 business days of receiving the order. To qualify for a refund, the Mollie Tap Terminal must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the purchase receipt as proof of purchase. 

Arranging your return 

  1. Make sure you collect all materials including the device and accessories.
  2. Reach out to info@mollie.com
  3. Mention the following in your return request:
    1. The serial number
    2. Reason for your return
    3. Your Mollie ID 
  4. Our support team will follow up with you.
