Ordering a Payment Terminal
With Mollie's point-of-sale solutions, you can accept in-person payments and manage all transactions directly from your Mollie Dashboard.
Before You Order
Eligibility Requirements
To order a terminal, your business must meet the following criteria:
- Be based in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, or the United Kingdom
- Have completed any outstanding periodic verification requests

How to Order a Terminal
- In your Mollie Dashboard, navigate to Point-of-Sale
- Select a terminal and follow the on-screen steps
- Choose your organisation profile and delivery address (you can reassign the terminal to a different profile later)
- Read and accept the terms and conditions
- Select a payment method and complete your purchase
What to Expect After Ordering
Your terminal will be delivered within 3-5 business days. Once your order is placed, you will receive:
- An invoice by email
- A tracking link by email
When your terminal arrives, you'll need to activate it before you can start accepting in-person payments.
