How do I change my email address?

You can change your email address in your Mollie Dashboard. You need to activate two-factor authentication (2fa) to change your login details.

  1. Log in to your Mollie Dashboard.
  2. Click on the user icon in the top right corner.
  3. Click on the user's name.
  4. Go to Login credentials > Email. Click on Change.
  5. Enter your new email address. Click on Change email.
  6. Complete the security check.
  7. Click on Save.

After saving the changes in your account, you’ll receive a confirmation via email. You can now log in with your new email address. All messages will be redirected to your new email address.
