How can I change my company details?

If your account has not been verified yet, you can change the company details in your Mollie Dashboard yourself. However, you cannot change your business registration number or legal entity on your account once it has been verified.

If you want to change your business registration number, please follow the steps below: 

1. Please download the "Change of Organisational Details" form at the bottom of the page and fill it in
2. Submit a change request through the request form 
3. Click on “I want to change my registration number / legal entity” 
4. Make sure to attach the completed form to your submission
5. Once we receive your request, we will verify and update the information in your Mollie account accordingly

Note: If you have a new (business) bank account belonging to your new registration number, please add the new bank account in your Mollie Dashboard. This will help ensure a smoother and faster update in your account.

1. Log in to your Mollie Dashboard.
2. Click on the company name in the top left corner.
3. Go to Organisation settings > Organisation. 
4. Change the information.
5. Click Save.
