You can create a transaction and receive the payment on a terminal device. Once a payment is processed, you can view its status in your Mollie Dashboard or Mollie app.

Processing a payment
There are multiple ways to create a transaction and send it to your terminal.
On the terminal
- Ensure the feature 'Local sale enabled' is switched on, by heading to settings and enabling it.
- Tap 3 times on the home screen.
- Enter an amount and add a description if needed.
In the Mollie app
To create a payment, you must have a user role that allows you to manage payments.
- Go to Payments and click on Create terminal payment.
- Choose the profile that you want to use to receive payment.
- Choose a terminal.
- Enter an amount and add a description.
In the Mollie Dashboard
To create a payment, you must have a user role that allows you to manage payments.
- In the menu, go to More > Point-of-sale.
- Click on Create payment.
- Choose the profile that you want to use to receive payment.
- Choose a terminal.
- Enter an amount and add a description.
With an API integration or SaaS platform
You can set up an API integration with your terminal or automatically connect it to your SaaS platform.
