When you close your account, all data related to your organisations will be permanently deleted. This includes invoices and reports, which cannot be recovered after closure. Recomendamos exportar cualquier documento importante antes de continuar.
What you need to know in advance
If you’ve created another organization within your Mollie account, there’s no need to close your entire account to remove it. To remove an organization without deleting your full account, please submit a request through the request form.
Closing your Mollie account
- In your Mollie Dashboard, click on the icon in the top right corner.
- Click on your username.

Click Close account.
- Under Reason, explain why you want to close your account.
- Under Current password, enter your password.
- Click Close.
You’ll receive an email within 3 working days to confirm that we’ve closed your account.
What will happen to my remaining balance?
Una vez que la configuración de tu cuenta esté completa, procesaremos un pago final de tu saldo restante a tu cuenta bancaria lo antes posible.
Si has recibido pagos como Klarna, tarjetas de crédito o débito, o domiciliación SEPA—podríamos necesitar retener esos fondos temporalmente hasta que los periodos de responsabilidad aplicables hayan terminado.
Nota: Para ver cuándo se pagarán tus liquidaciones, por favor revisa la sección "Saldo" en tu Panel de Control de Mollie antes de cerrar tu cuenta. Las fechas de liquidación están allí enlistadas.
