Can I connect my Mollie Business Account with my accounting software?

Yes — if you have a Mollie Business Account, you can connect it to your bookkeeping software to automatically sync your transactions. This saves time on manual reconciliation and keeps your financial records up to date.

Which accounting platforms are supported?

Mollie integrates with 17+ of the most popular bookkeeping tools. You can browse the full list from Settings > Accounting in your Dashboard. New platforms are added regularly — if yours isn't listed, you can submit a request (see below).

How do I connect my accounting software?

  1. Log in to your Mollie Dashboard
  2. Go to Settings in the left-hand navigation
  3. Select Accounting
  4. Under Set up accounting for Business Accounts, browse or search for your platform
  5. Click Connect next to your accounting software
  6. Review and accept Bizcuit's terms (Mollie's integration is powered by Bizcuit)
  7. You'll be redirected to your accounting software to complete the authorisation
  8. Follow the on-screen steps in your accounting software to finish the connection

Once connected, your Business Account transactions will automatically sync with your bookkeeping software.

How do I manage an existing connection?

  1. Go to Settings > Accounting in your Mollie Dashboard
  2. Under Active integrations, find your connected platform
  3. Click Manage to open your Bizcuit account where you can update or disconnect the integration

What if my accounting platform isn't listed?

If you don't see your platform, you can submit a request:

  1. Go to Settings > Accounting in your Mollie Dashboard
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the platform list
  3. Click Request a platform
  4. Fill in the following details:
    • Platform name (e.g. QuickBooks, Xero, Sage)
    • Website (e.g. quickbooks.intuit.com)
    • How would you use this integration? — a short description of your use case
  5. Click Submit request

We'll notify you when the platform becomes available.

Troubleshooting

The connection isn't working after I authorised it

Make sure you completed all steps in your accounting software after being redirected. If the issue persists, try disconnecting and reconnecting via Manage in your Dashboard.

I don't see the Accounting option in Settings

This feature is only available for Mollie Business Accounts. If you don't have a Business Account, the Accounting option won't appear in your Settings.

I have more than one Business Account — can I connect each one separately?

Yes. Integrations are set per Business Account. Repeat the connection steps for each account you want to connect.
