End of Day Report
An End of Day (EOD) report gives you a detailed summary of all transactions processed during the day, including a breakdown by card type and tips received.
Before You Begin
To access the reports menu, you will need your terminal passcode. This can be found in your Mollie Dashboard or on the QR code included with your terminal delivery.
How to Access the Reports Menu
- Tap the home screen three times quickly to open the settings menu
- Enter your passcode
- Select reports
Send Report
Generates a new EOD report covering all transactions since the last EOD report was run. The report is displayed directly on the terminal and shows:
- Total number of transactions
- Total amount
💡 A920 Pro users: The report will also be printed automatically. For A35 users, printing is only possible if your terminal is integrated with a cash register system — in that case, we recommend using your cash register dashboard instead.
X Report
Generates a detailed overview of transactions since the last EOD report, broken down by card type (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro). The X Report shows:
- Total number of transactions per card type
- Total amount per card type
⚠️ Please note: The X Report does not generate a new EOD report. It only displays the current totals without resetting the EOD counter.
Print Last
Reprints the most recently generated EOD report. No new report is created.
