Yes, you can use our payment services to collect donations or other funds for charity. You must be able to show that your organisation is recognised as a charity by HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC). You can integrate our API into your website to accept payments, including donations. You can also set up recurring payments with our Subscriptions API.
Is there a special rate for charities?
Our standard rate is already very fair and competitive. This is why we usually cannot offer any additional discount for Public Benefit Organisations (PBO) or other non-profit organizations.
We can, however, slightly lower the transaction costs in case of high transaction volumes. Should you generate large numbers of transactions, you can contact our Sales team to discuss this.
