With Mollie, you decide when you receive your money. You can change the payout date and frequency in your Mollie Dashboard. Your payout options depend on what payment methods you use.
When will I receive my first payout?
You’ll receive your first payout after we’ve reviewed and approved your account. If you’ve recently set up your account, check your Mollie Dashboard to see if you have submitted all your details correctly.
When is my next payout?
If your account is active but you haven’t received your payout, you can check the reason for this in your Dashboard, under Administration > Balance. Possible reasons for a delayed payout include:
- The payout date is a bank holiday - you’ll be paid on the next business day.
- Your available balance is below the minimum payout amount. You’ll receive your money on the next payout date as long as you have a balance of more than €5 or the equivalent in your payout currency.
- Your payment has not yet been processed and added to your available balance. There is a settlement delay for some payment methods.
Your account is being reviewed by our team. If this is the case, you’ll be informed via email and in your Mollie Dashboard.
