Some EU countries support country specific cards on terminals. In Belgium it is common to accept voucher products such as meal vouchers, but also gift, eco, or sports & culture vouchers are commonly accepted on Terminals. This feature is currently only available for the main voucher providers of Belgium.
Please note that these instructions apply to vouchers on the Mollie Mobile and Fixed terminals only. For enabling vouchers for online payments please click here.
By activating vouchers, merchants are able to take payments from Belgian voucher providers. Customers can accept payments for products from Gift, Eco, Meal, and Sports & Culture vouchers, provided by below mentioned voucher providers.
Instructions
In order to enable vouchers on your terminal, please follow these steps.

In your Mollie Dashbaord, navigate to the Vouchers Section:

- Make sure you have enabled the Point of Sale method

Activate individual vouchers providers:
- Na seção Vales, você tem a opção de ativar ou desativar os vales.
- When you enable the voucher provider, follow the instructions found in the dashboard.
Integração com fornecedores de vales
To start accepting vouchers on Mollie payment terminals, merchants need to complete configuration with the voucher providers directly as well. The instructions for enabling with the voucher providers can be found in the dashboard when enabling the method. The requirements are summarised below:
- Make sure you have an account with the voucher provider.
- Complete enablement of In-Person Payments Vouchers in the Mollie dashboard.
- Take the details available in the Mollie Dashboard and submit to the voucher provider during onboarding.
