- Perform a refund in your Mollie Dashboard.
- Log in to Wix.
- In the side bar menu of your Wix dashboard, go to Finances > Payments.
- Find the payment for the order. It should now show the status refunded or partially refunded.
The refund status will not be shown when you view this transaction in the Orders tab. The status on the order page will remain as paid. However, you will know that the refund has been initiated because the refund button on this page will be disabled.
