First try to contact the webshop where you ordered your product. It could be that there is an operational issue that caused the shipping delay. If you don’t have the contact details, you can look them up via the form on ‘Find my transaction’. Have you tried to contact the webshop via email and phone a couple of times, but you don’t get any response? Then report the transaction by looking up the transaction and tapping ‘Report this payment’.
