What should I do if I didn’t receive my order?

Mollie is an intermediary and makes sure that money is transferred safely between a bank and a webshop. This means we can’t answer direct questions about your order. Did you not receive your order? Please contact the merchant where you made your purchase. 


Reporting a webshop

Do you not recognize a payment or are you not able to contact the merchant? Please report the payment:

  1. Find your transaction.
  2. Click on Report this payment.
  3. Fill in the additional information and explain the situation.
  4. Click Send.

If necessary, report the webshop to the police. We will save your case in our system and contact the merchant.
