Reporting a webshop
Do you not recognize a payment or are you not able to contact the merchant? Please report the payment:
- Find your transaction.
- Click on Report this payment.
- Fill in the additional information and explain the situation.
- Click Send.
If necessary, report the webshop to the police. We will save your case in our system and contact the merchant.
