If you want to use Klarna in your Lightspeed webshop, you must activate the payment method in both your Mollie Dashboard and in Lightspeed. After orders have been made, it is necessary to mark each order separately as shipped. This is necessary to be eligible for the seller protection that Klarna offers.

How do I activate Klarna in Lightspeed?

  1. In your Mollie Dashboard, go to Settings >> Website profiles >> Payment methods
  2. Activate ‘Klarna Pay Later’ and tap ‘Save’
  3. Login in Lightspeed
  4. Tap ‘Settings’
  5. Go to ‘Payment providers’
  6. Depending on your choice, tap ‘Lightspeed Payments’ or ‘Mollie V2’
  7. Activate ‘Klarna Pay Later’ and tap ‘Save’

How do I process a Klarna order?

To be eligible for the seller protection that Klarna offers, it is important to mark each order separately as shipped. For this you can use the Lightspeed Shipments app .
