Our platform is set up so that we can give partners access to specific parts of a customer’s account. To request access, send an e-mail to partners@mollie.com including your customer’s Mollie ID as well as your own Mollie ID that you would like to use to access the account.

TIP! Always include the customer in cc so that we can be sure the customer is aware of your request. The partner manager will verify this with each customer before we grant you access to the account. Customers can ask Mollie to withdraw this access at any time
