Why is my money put ‘On hold’?

You can find your balance in your Mollie Dashboard. Your balance can have 3 statuses: On hold, Available and Sent. If your balance is put on hold, we did not yet receive your money. For example, because the supplier did not yet transfer the money or due to a banking delay.

Please keep a settlement delay in mind for certain payment methods. This is 5 business days for credit card payments and 10 business days for SEPA Direct Debit payments. 

As soon as we receive your money your balance will become available.
