No, refunds are not supported by voucher issuers. When a customer pays with a voucher, the amount is immediately captured and cannot be refunded back to the voucher.
If your customer requests a refund for a voucher amount, you can try the following options:
- Provide the consumer with a gift code to use in your webshop.
- Send the refund amount directly to your customer's bank account.
- Send a payment link to your customer.
If your customer paid partially with a voucher and partially with another payment method, then the amount paid with the other payment method can be refunded in your Mollie Dashboard.
