Yes, there are. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, many shipments from Asia are either delayed or unable to be sent. We have noticed that many customers do not fully understand how the pandemic will affect shipment of their orders. This can result in a rise in complaints and card chargebacks.
In order to minimise the risk for both consumers and companies, we ask that you clearly state on your website that shipping may be delayed due to the ongoing pandemic. This notification should appear before your customer makes an order.
