Our acceptance policy for credit card is slightly more strict than it is for most other payment methods. You can submit a credit card request to us via your website profile. We will then review the website according to a number of criteria, including:
- the products or services that you offer;
- whether the website is complete and ready for use;
- whether the shipping information, shipping period and prices are clearly listed on the website;
- return and refund policy;
- registration on the website for payment (the consumer must, among others fill out a phone number);
- whether it is clear what credit card payments will be used for.
If 1 or more of the above-mentioned points are not in order, they must first be amended. We will inform you immediately when this is the case.
