Our servers call your webshop's servers for each new payment status, for instance, when a payment changes to 'paid' or 'cancelled'. Sometimes, however, our servers are unable to reach your webshop. Our server will then try several more times, spread across a few hours. If the attempts to reach your webshop remain unsuccessful, we will send you an email. We feel it is important that you are always aware of the status of your received payments.

When your receive this email but your webshop is in fact reachable, this usually means that it is configured wrong. In that case, we advise you to get in touch with the webshop's developer/server administrator to find the cause of the problem.
